Summer is in full swing in Minnesota. Meagan is busy practicing for flag and parade season, working at her job and enjoying not having to be in classes for a couple of months.
Annie is spending as much time as possible outside. The pool is filled, the slides, chalk, and bikes are all over the driveway and our skin is turning from MN white to a golden shade of SUMMER IS HERE!

Last weekend was a big weekend. My cousin Sandy was married to Mat. Annie was the flower girl and she was super excited. I was worried that her princess tendencies would take over, but she did really well. She walked down the aisle with "her prince" threw her flower petals as directed and spent the rest of the night kicking it up on the dance floor. She was in her element for sure!
Not only did I used to babysit her, but I was the flower girl in her parents wedding (my uncle Richard and Aunt Susan). Time sure flies.

Annie and Lauren on the dance floor. This picture is deceiving though, every time Lauren would try to dance with Annie, she would send Lauren back to her chair while declaring that she was dancing with "her kids" and Lauren is NOT A KID!
Dance party break.
