The girls and I headed to the pumpkin patch this afternoon. We had grand plans of heading out in to the field and picking our own pumpkin. I guess I totally forgot what it is like to try and do things with a non walking child in tow. We opted to stay up front play in the already picked pumpkins and ride down the slide. Annie has her baby pumpkin which we'll paint a little closer to Halloween. Meagan opted for the pint of heirloom yellow tomatoes and will find her perfect carving pumpkin another time.
Next weekend I think we're going to try and go to the apple orchard. Gotta squeeze everything in while we can before the snow starts flying.

I want to do an apple orchard too. I don't think we will get to do it this year. Maybe I can live through you.
