11 months

I'm a couple days late with the monthly update. There was a time not too long ago when I could plop Annie down on a blanket or prop her up in the corner of the couch and take picture after picture. Now she spends all her time trying to get away, eat a piece of grass, grab the camera-anything other than sitting there nice and still.

We're in the final countdown to Annie's 1st birthday. I can't believe it's been a year already. Annie is weighing in at 20 pounds exactly. She's walking along furniture but hasn't tried to take any steps on her own yet.

Her greatest talent is unloading a laundry basket, clearing the table with one swoop of the arm, basically anything that involves making a mess. Meagan tries to help by picking up Annie's toys that have been left behind in the disaster that is Annie only to turn around and find them all dumped out again.

These clothes had been folded. We were finishing folding the clothes that were in the basket. Annie decided to come help. This is why I can't ever get anything done.

And because this is the 11 months update I will include the monthly picture with the Cabbage Patch Doll. Annie had no interest in holding it up close to her-so just imagine that she has grown a little bit in comparison to last months update. Here are my attempts.

While we were outside it started to sprinkle a little bit. She was a tad bit confused as to what was happening.

Say CCHHHEEEEEEEEEESE!!! Yep, she's already old enough to understand the cheesy camera smile. I guess this is proof that this girl has had a camera in her face almost constantly from the moment she was born. These pictures crack me up.

So you have a Hurricane Annie and I have a Hurricane Isabel. Imagine what they could accomplish if they were together!!! Yikes.

Those cheesy grins are GREAT!!! She takes after her mama. ;)

That last picture is definitely frame-worthy! How precious!
